Maggie Morgan Costume Designer

Maggie Morgan designs costumes for stage and screen in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York, and regionally. She designed the feature film CAR DOGS starring Patrick J. Adams, Nia Vardalos, George Lopez, and Octavia Spencer, and the Emmy-nominated web series SEND ME on BET.COM.
Her recent theatre credits include JUSTICE: A NEW MUSICAL at Marin Theatre Company, FALLEN ANGELS, 1984, and PARADISE BLUE at the Aurora Theatre, SENSE AND SENSIBILITY at South Coast Rep, OFFICE HOUR AT BERKELEY REP/LONG WHARF THEATRE, ENDGAME at Kirk Douglas Theatre (Ovation Nomination), and DED! at the Matrix Theater in Los Angeles. SOUL DOCTOR at Circle in the Square was her Broadway debut. Other favorite shows include SLEEPING BEAUTY WAKES! at Kirk Douglas Theatre, MASK: A NEW MUSICAL for Pasadena Playhouse, SUNSET BOULEVARD at the Hollywood Bowl, and IT SHOULDA BEEN YOU and TENDERLY at Center Rep. She worked as an Assistant Costume Designer on many feature films, including THE GRINCH, CASINO, MEN IN BLACK, A BRONX TALE, WAG THE DOG, MONA LISA SMILE, and MURDER BY NUMBERS.
She has received multiple awards and nominations, including a Drama-Logue Critics Award, an Honorable Mention from Backstage.com Garland Awards, Theatre League Alliance Ovation nominations, and nominations from the Bay Area Critics Circle and the Los Angeles Critics Circle.
