New York, NY — United Scenic Artists, Local USA 829, IATSE has partnered with The Q&Agency, a free, live virtual Q&A series, to feature USA 829 members and the work they create for film, theatre, and television. From filmed media to Broadway to regional stages, the partnership will celebrate the designers and artists who bring live and filmed performances to life.

Behind every unforgettable work of art is a team of designers and artists whose vision shapes everything audiences see and hear. The Q&Agency will put those artists front and center, inviting USA 829 members to share the stories, inspiration and craft behind their work. Theatregoers, moviegoers, television-lovers, students and aspiring designers will learn firsthand from the people who bring the screen and stage to life.

Ahad Shahid, Communications Director & Political Coordinator of USA 829, said:

“We’re excited to partner with The Q&Agency to shine a light on our members and their artistry. The designers and artists of USA 829 bring imagination, skill and dedication to every production they touch, and we can’t wait for audiences to hear the stories behind their work.”

Joshua A. Handler & Adam S. Gordon, Co-Founders of The Q&Agency, said:

“We’re extremely excited to dig deeper into the world of design, an area that’s completely different from others in which we’ve specialized. These artisans create entire worlds from scratch, and we want to show audiences how they do so from the literal drawing board to the screen and stage."
