UNION PROJECT AGREEMENTS (UPAs)
NOTE ON INTERACTIVE PDF "COVERSHEET" FORMS:

All data for Interactive PDF "Coversheet" forms below can be typed directly into the file via your computer using Adobe Reader only. MAC users: These PDF files will not even open, let alone "work" using the default Macintosh "Preview" program!

UPAs provide coversheets, agreement language and rates for employers or jobs not otherwise covered by Collective Bargaining Agreements (see left).

Union Project Agreement forms may not be altered in any way and the Pension and Welfare contribution must conform to the percentage listed on the coversheet. A Rider may be attached as long as it does not diminish the terms set forth on the coversheet. Employers or members with questions should call the appropriate Union Business Representative.

DESIGN MEMBERS: Please log in as a member and go to this Members Only page - Suggested Contract Language & Terms - where you will find:
     1) A Checklist of important terms to include in your contract;
     2) Suggested Language for your Designer contracts; and
     3) A sample Rider for a Project Only Agreement.
